Don't get caught wearing last year's styles!
In 10-15 years from now when our children are old enough to have a sense of what is in and out for fashion, no matter what we wear now will probably make them turn their noses up in disgust. However, even though we all know that, fashion remains one of the most talked about topics in the world. It's all about “who” you are wearing and if it’s in this season or not. With just a few tips, you can know in advance what is trending this fall in the world of fashion so you don’t get caught up in a style that is “so last year!”
Colors
Fall is a season that is like the complementary aspect of both summer and winter. The colors you choose to wear should radiate the idea of a smooth transition between the hottest times of the year to the coldest. Earthy tones, such as brown, green, beige and other neutral colors are the best choices. Anything bold and bright is considered summer colors and will likely make the wearer seem desperate to cling to a fading season. While most people would say that black is universal and can be worn anytime, this is nothing but a myth. Black is best worn in the winter because it has an innate ability to attract heat.
Style
This is where we get into the style of the clothing that should be worn. While fall usually brings along some of the summer heat, it’s crucial to have something that says warm and cool at the same time. Try a pair of denim capris with a flowing beige blouse or a pair of beige khakis and a green top. Complement them with some gladiator sandals and you have a wonderful look for the fall. During this season, it’s best to ease up on the accessories. Start carrying a larger purse, as this will provide room to pack a light scarf or a cardigan if the weather gets cooler.
